Refund / Returns Policy (Vouchers or Merchandise)

Vouchers

• All vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
• Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
• Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Merchandise

We accept returns on merchandise within 7 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase

Refunds are issued in the same payment method.

Sale items are non-refundable.

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
